Since we now have 15 acres of space to play with, Josh and 2 of his work friends decided to try their hand at growing pumpkins, gourds, and watermelons. The section that sheep grazed last summer is nice and flat and hidden from both the road and our prairie/house site. It's been a ridiculous amount of work thus far but it keeps them busy and out of trouble. Here's a few pics of the newly sprouted pumpkin vines...
