Last week, we went on vacation to Round Lake, just outside of Hayward, WI. Josh and I had been there twice before and it's an area we really enjoy. This year, with Brandton, we decided a fish/ski boat wasn't the best choice so we rented a pontoon boat. Talk about nice - 26 ft with a 150 hp Honda motor (for those of you interested in that stuff).
This was BC's first time on a boat, or around a big body of water for that matter. When he saw it for the first time, he pointed and said "wa wa." While he loved the lake and boat, he was not a fan of the life jacket. I had bought one and borrowed a nicer one but they both were snug and it took a while for him to adapt to it. And the distraction of the bubble set helped too.
